Business Planning Workshop

Overview

This FREE workshop series will consist of 4 sessions that have been designed to focus on key sections of a standard business plan. You will be provided with the tools and knowledge needed to formulate your own business plan while having access to a Māori business consultant who can coach you through each part. You will be expected to actively participate in the workshop to complete the business plan template. You are expected to attend ALL sessions and complete 1-2 hours of homework per week (unless you smash the mahi out in the workshop sessions!).

Workshop Structure

  • Total of 4 workshop sessions (1 x session per week)

  • 12:00pm to 3:30pm on a Wednesday

  • All sessions are face to face

  • Session 3: Thurs, 7 Sep 23

  • Session 4: Thurs 14 Sep 23

  • Raised awareness of what a business plan is and why it is important

  • The knowledge and tools required to update your business plan as the business grows.

  • An opportunity for kotahitanga and whakawhanaungatanga with like minded Māori in business.
