Business Planning Workshop
Overview
This FREE workshop series will consist of 4 sessions that have been designed to focus on key sections of a standard business plan. You will be provided with the tools and knowledge needed to formulate your own business plan while having access to a Māori business consultant who can coach you through each part. You will be expected to actively participate in the workshop to complete the business plan template. You are expected to attend ALL sessions and complete 1-2 hours of homework per week (unless you smash the mahi out in the workshop sessions!).

Kete Kōrero: Drop-in Session

Kete Kōrero is a fortnightly drop in session for Māori business owners. Its a space for us to kōrero, wānanga and share insights/updates about our mahi in the Government procurement space. It is also a space to ask questions and share some of the challenges and successes you are experiencing. We know that everybody is busy so we’re keeping things pretty informal so the tamariki are in the background or you want to have your dinner while you listen - kei te pai tērā. These sessions are for you so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to attend.
